Import Inventory

Upload bulk inventory movements for stock in, stock out, adjustment, damage, lost entry, transfer, or correction.

Upload Excel

Use the sample format exactly. Supported movement types are STOCK_IN, STOCK_OUT, TRANSFER, ADJUSTMENT, DAMAGE, LOST, and CORRECTION.

Required columns: product_sku, barcode, product_name, branch_code, movement_type, quantity, unit_cost, reference_type, reference_number, movement_date, remarks

Validation Rules

product_sku or barcode must match an existing product.
branch_code must match an active branch.
quantity must be greater than zero.
unit_cost is required for stock value reports.
movement_date must use YYYY-MM-DD format.
reference_number should be unique for traceability.
